Privacy notice · Effective 27 October 2026
Simvidence website privacy notice.
This notice explains how personal information is handled when you browse the public Simvidence website or request an operator briefing.
Controller and contact
AviatePro Services Ltd. is the controller for this website and for operator-briefing requests. Our address is Terminal Building, Brighton City Airport, Cecil Pashley Way, Shoreham-by-Sea, BN43 5FF, UK. For privacy requests or to withdraw marketing consent, write to hello@simvidence.com or to that address.
Information we collect
When you request an operator briefing, we collect your organisation, organisation type, country, aircraft types and number of simulators; your full name, business email address and role; your preferred delivery period if you give one; your privacy-notice acknowledgement, your optional marketing consent and the time of the request. If you use the short form on our business card page, we collect your full name, business email address, your optional message and the fact that the request came from that page. To prevent misuse, we also keep a one-way coded form of the network address the request came from. The public website sets no cookies and does not record visits.
Why we use it
We use this information to answer your request, arrange and prepare the operator briefing, and keep a record of the request and of your privacy acknowledgement. We rely on our legitimate interests and on steps you ask us to take before a possible contract. We send professional marketing emails only if you have actively opted in.
Email-domain eligibility
We check the email domain automatically so that briefing requests come from organisational contacts. Consumer email services are not accepted. This is not used to make a high-impact decision about you; if you believe the result is wrong, write to hello@simvidence.com.
Your choices and retention
Marketing consent is optional, recorded separately and can be withdrawn at any time. Unless a longer period is needed for a live business relationship or a legal obligation, we review request records after 24 months of inactivity. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection as applicable under UK data-protection law.
Security and sharing
Requests are kept in a restricted database on our server. Resend, Inc. delivers the confirmation email to you and the request notification to our team; it processes names, email addresses and message content solely to deliver those service messages. We do not sell personal information. We use service providers to host and operate the website; where a provider processes data outside the UK, appropriate safeguards are used.
Complaints
Please contact us first so we can help. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
